1. Returns

Due to the nature of grocery products, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• You received a wrong item

• You received a damaged or defective item

• You received an expired product

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind

• Opened or used products

• Products damaged after delivery

• Items bought during clearance or sale (unless damaged or incorrect)

2. Return Request Process

To request a return:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

2. Email us at Admin@bigbuy24.info

3. Share your order ID and clear photos/videos of the issue

Requests made after 48 hours may not be accepted.

3. Refunds

Once your return request is approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

• The refund will be credited to the original payment method

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the issue was from our side

4. Replacement Policy

In eligible cases, we may offer:

• A replacement product, or

• A refund, based on product availability and customer preference

5. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before shipment only

• Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Opened or used grocery products

• Products without original packaging

• Items damaged due to mishandling by the customer
